The concept of sewers and utility tunnels as preferential pathways for vapor intrusion has gained increasing attention in recent years.  This presentation will include results of research on this topic as well as practical implications for sampling and mitigation.

Lila is a Senior Associate at GSI Environmental in Austin, Texas.  She has conducted vapor intrusion investigation programs at sites around the U.S., as well as research projects focused on streamlining the vapor intrusion site characterization process.
